DANIEL OCHOA

It’s no surprise that PDS is a paramilitary business. Daniel served in the U.S Navy where he oversaw a team in the gunnery division. Daniel admired the organized and strict setting set forth by the military and has implemented it into his life and professional career. After an honorable discharge, Daniel took to the plumbing world.​

He learned the industry and shadowed his father to learn the world of an entrepreneur. Daniel attended plumbing courses and dedicated long hours to the field before testing and obtaining his own Plumbing Contractors State License. With his company, he was able to implement his military discipline and trained a new team, known as PDS.​

The team, tools and vehicles are inspected daily by management. Training is part of all morning meetings and safety is always first. PDS focuses on providing a service and informing the customer of all installations and work performed. With our knowledge, discipline and safety, customers receive the best plumbing service that can be offered.

DANIEL SALAZAR

Daniel Salazar is no stranger to public service. As a young 15 years old he worked as a french fry server at McDonald’s, then quickly promoted himself at age 17 to private for the US Army where he served for four years. The next ten years he would establish himself as the top court hearing representative; filing liens and collecting millions of dollars for workers compensation doctors. In 2019 his dream of expanding the family business came true and PDS Plumbing & Air was created. 

Working with him, you will find that he is compassionate, honest, inspirational, confidential, and knowledgeable. When you don’t find him in the office chances are, you’ll find him in the baseball field, coaching his two awesome boys or enjoying a night out with his beautiful wife.

FRANK KAISER 

Frank has worked in the HVAC industry for over 25 years. He began his career after serving in United States Navy from 1992- 1996. Frank started out as a journeyman’s apprentice as a residential and commercial installer. 

Over the years he continued his education and was promoted to HVAC Superintendent. Frank holds a (C-20) California State licenses for Warm – Air Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning. 

He has made his customers first, always listening to what they want and delivering what he promised. When Frank is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, also trying to master is BBQ skills.
